JUDGMENT : 1. Court's order dated 08/03/2002 has not been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submit that the report is ready and the action for removal of the encroachment is in process. We are not satisfied with the explanation submitted by the learned counsel. 2. List SLP as well as Writ Petition on 1.5.2002. 3. On the next posting date respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall be personally present in the court and show cause as to why adverse remarks be not passed against them for not complying the court's direction within the time specified. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the Union Territory of Delhi has assured the court that as and when police protection is required by any of the respondents the same shall be provided for removing the encroachments. 5. Liberty to file report/affidavit is granted.
