JUDGMENT 1. 1. The corpus of Ms. Madhu daughter of Bhanwarlal was produced in court today by the respondents. 2. She was first examined in Chambers alone by the Court. Before doing that, she was kept in custody of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this court for about 3 hrs. Thereafter, her statement was recorded. 3. Thus, it is apparent that she has expressed her desire to go alongwith the petitioner. She has denied the charge of use of force or enhancement by the petitioner as alleged by the respondents. She has also admitted her marriage with the petitioner with her free will. 5. In this view of the matter this petition is allowed. Ms. Madhu daughter of Bhanwarlal resident of Rani Bazar, Patti Peda, Bikaner is set at liberty to go wherever she wants to go. If necessary, the learned Additional Advocate General shall take necessary shop to provide security to her for going to the place wherever she wants to go.Petition allowed. *******
