Judgment Adarsh Kumar Goel, J. 1. Mr. Rawal submits that there is no allegation that the complainant was living with the petitioners and the complainant was not aware of the forgery. He further submits that merely because a civil suit was pending will not be a ground to quash the criminal case. He also relies upon 2001(2) SCC 17, Lalmunni Devi v. State of Bihar and others. 2. In view of the facts that sale deed dated 25.1.1978 is sought to be questioned in criminal proceedings in the year 1998, proceedings against the petitioners are quashed without prejudice to the right of the parties to have determined their right in the civil Court. Disposed of.
