RAVI R. TRIPATHI, J. ( 1 ) THE present petition is filed by Alembic Glass karmachari Union challenging the award dated 29. 10. 1998 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Vadodara in Reference (IT) No. 277 of 1990. Mr. Clerk, the learned advocate appears for the petitioner union. M/s Nanavati associates appears for the respondent-company. Today, the matter is placed before this Court by an order of the honourable the Acting Chief Justice. ( 2 ) THE consent terms, duly signed by the General secretary of Alembic Glass Karmachari Union and the vice President (HRM), Alembic Glass Industries Ltd. and the learned advocates appearing for the parties respectively are placed on record. ( 3 ) IN view of the consent terms which are taken on record, both the parties are directed to abide by the consent terms. The signatories to the consent terms are present before the Court. This order is passed in their presence after ascertaining the fact of they having signed the consent terms. ( 4 ) SPECIAL Civil Application No. 542 of 1999 stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No order as to costs. ( 5 ) AS the consent terms placed on record today in special Civil Application No. 542 of 1999 refers to the following matters, which are also to be disposed of in the same terms, the office is directed to place the papers of Special Civil Application No. 3755 of 1985, 787 of 1986, 4086 of 1992 and 4945 of 1993 on Board. .
