ORDER : 1. We have heard Shri Harish Salve, the learned Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India, Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned ASG appearing for the Trade Fair Authority of India and the learned counsel for The parties. Learned Solicitor General and Addl. Solicitor General have stated that short term measures referred to in Clauses (a), (b) and (c) in para 5 of the affidavit filed on 30.1.2002 on behalf of the Union of India have already been implemented and are being persued, which has the effect of easing some pressure on the parking opposite Supreme Court gates. It is also submitted that the long term plan set out in para 6 of the said affidavit could not be further examined and that shall be done now in consultation with the Supreme Court on the administrative side. 2. On behalf of the petitioner suggestions in terms of the previous directions of this Court have been filed on 10.7.2002, copies where of have been made available to the counsel opposite. Let the respondents examine the suggestions and file their response in six weeks.
