JUDGMENT Satish Kumar Mittal, J. - Vide impugned order dated August 10, 2000, Annexure P-3, revision file by respondent No. 4 has been accepted without adverting to the facts and giving any reason whatsoever. The impugned order dated August 10, 2000 is, thus, cryptic and non-speaking and on that ground cannot be sustained. The same is, thus, quashed. 2. The Superintending Canal Officer, Sirsa is directed to decide the revision filed by respondent No. 4 afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in the matter and then pass a speaking order. 3. The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the Superintending Canal Officer, Sirsa on 19.9.2002. Petition accepted.
