ORDER 1. This is a petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of a matrimonial case, initiated by the respondent husband a against the petitioner wife, from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The respondent husband does not oppose the prayer for transfer. As stated by his learned counsel he has secured an employment out of the country and it will not be possible for him to come to India again and again for contesting the case. He seeks direction for an expeditious disposal of the suit. 2. In the above said circumstances the transfer petition is allowed. Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No. 137 of 2001 titled as Ashok Nagarajan v. Vidya pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore is directed to be transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court at Bangalore shall forthwith transfer the record of the case to the transferee court. The transferee court shall proceed with the hearing of the suit as expeditiously as possible in the interest of the parties and dispose of the same by fixing a time-bound hearing. 7.The petition stands disposed of. 4. Parties are directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore on 12-8-2002.
