JUDGMENT : I.A. No. 1 in O.S. No. 3/2001 1. In view of the subsequent development, this application has become infructuous as a fresh application has been filed. This I.A. is dismissed accordingly. I.A. No. 1 in O.S. No. 3/2002 2. After hearing the counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that in the first instance the Monitoring Committee set up under the Scheme should meet within two weeks from today after notice to the respective parties. If possible, the meeting should be. held on 12th August, 2002 when representatives of both the States shall appear. The Monitoring Committee should then give its recommendations, if any, within a week and the C.R.A. is requested to meet thereafter as soon as possible. The matter to come up again in Court on 2nd September, 2002.
