Judgment K.S.Garewal, J. 1. Petitioners No. 3, 4 and 5 have surrendered before the Investigating Officer. Their custodial interrogation is not being claimed. Consequently, their anticipatory bail is accepted. They shall be released on bail in the event of arrest to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.
