JUDGMENT P. C. Verma and Irshad Hussain, JJ. : The grievance of the petitioner is that he is priest and performing the Pooja since 1990, but he is not being paid minimum wages. The priest does not work for the wages. The priest performs the worship and offer prayer to the God without any interest. However, if the petitioner claims himself to be the appointed priest by the Sri Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee, he can raise his grieva01ce before the said Committee and the Committee shall take appropriate decision within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of certified copy of this order and if similarly situated persons are being paid wages by the Committee, the petitioner shall also be paid. . 2. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
