ORDER : B.N. Kirpal, CJI., K.G. Balakrishnan, Arijit, J. Pasayat, JJ. Counsel for the States of Assam and Nagaland should ascertain whether it is acceptable to them that the Boundary Commission, if set up, the decision thereof would be binding on the two States. The terms of reference would be such as are agreed upon by the parties or settled by this Court. 2. Adjourned. List after eight weeks. In the meantime, the terms of reference may be exchanged between the parties with copies to the Attorney General and the Solicitor General. This will be without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Court Masters.
