D.D.A. will within one week paste on the premises, in question, notice indicating the amounts due in respect thereof and the notice will also state that the owners of the allottees/occupiers should show cause as to why the premises, in question, should not be resumed and physical possession taken by the D.D.A. because of the non-payment of dues to it. 2.
