ORDER These letters patent appeal have been filed against the order dated 25 July 2002. Both the writ petitions were dismissed as the learned Judge was not inclined to interfere. 2. Upon hearing learned counsel for the appellant and after having perused the order on the writ petition, this Court is of the view that equity is against the petitioner-appellants. Clearly, the petitioners sought an electrical connection for agricultural use and even had the load and capacity increased. later on, it was found out that the electrical connection was not being used for agricultural but for industrial purposes. Clearly a misuse 3 In the circumstances of any tariff which was charged for use other than agricultural, the learned Judge found was the petitioners case inequitable and boardiring on illegality. 4. Wholly agreeing with the order of the learned Judge and disagreeing with nothing, the court is not inclined to interfere with the order on the writ petition dismissed.
