Judgment 1. The matter in this case is no different than the two matters which were considered by the court yesterday. These were CWJC Nos. 10216 & 10231 of 2002. In addition, the court has already expressed its views in the matter of Vijai Kumar Sinha @ Vijay Sushil Kumar Sinha V/s. State of Bihar & Ors., [ 2001 (1) PLJR 730 ]. 2. In the circumstances, there is no occasion for the court to take another view in this matter. 3. Dismissed.
