Judgment HARBANS LAL, J. ( 1 ) THIS bail application under Section 439 Cr. P. C. has been filed on behalf of petitioner Satyaveer against whom chargesheet has been filed for the offences under Sections 456 and 365/34 IPC in FIR No. 301/2002 P. S. Buhana District Jhunjhunu. ( 2 ) IT has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. ( 3 ) HAVING heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned P. P. on behalf of the State and upon a perusal of the police papers placed before me and considering all the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the petitioner does not named in the FIR, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. ( 4 ) IN the result, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Satyaveer S/o Shri Ram, Niwas shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000. 00 together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing until conclusion of trial. Petition allowed.
