S. R. LAKHA, MEMBER., J. This revision has been filed against the order dated 1-2-99 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Moradabad in Revsion No. 51/97-98. By the impugned order the learned Addtional Commissioner has called for a report from the Tahsildar Bilaspur. 2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Against the order passed by the trial Court a revision had been filed before the learned Additional Commissioner. During the pendency of the revision the learned Additional Commissioner called for a report from the Tahsildar vide her order dated 1-2-99. The impugned order is interlocutory in nature and does not amount to a suit or proceeding decided. No revision lies against such an order. Revision is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 4. In view of the above, revision has no force and is dismissed. Revision dismissed. .
