ORDER : 1. In view of the fact that the matter relating to CAS is pending before the Delhi High Court, we are of the view that the petitioner may also intervene in the said matter and put forth its cause. We have no doubt in mind that if such an application is made, it will be entertained and decided along with that matter. 2. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
