Honble TATIA, J.–Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (2). It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner aggrieved against the action of the respondents,- submitted a petition before the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar as required under the provisions of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act. The petition was originally filed on 18.7.2001, copy of which is placed on record by the petitioner as Annex.5, Again on 4th May, 2002, the petitioner submitted another petition to the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar, but both the petitions have not been decided by the, District Collector, Sri. Ganganagar till today, therefore, directions may be issued to the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar to decide the petitions of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing reasoned order. (3). In view of the only relief prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner today it will be of no use to give any notice to the respondents as the petitioner is not seeking any determination of his right or entitlement but seeks direction so that his petition may be decided by the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar. Therefore, in view of the above facts, learned District Collector,,Sri Ganganagar is requested to decide the petitions of the petitioners dated 18.7.2001 and 14.5.2002 by a brief reasoned order, If not, decided by now. (4). Hence, the writ petition of the petitioner is disposed of. If the petitions of the petitioner have not been decided, the same may be decided within a period of two months from the date of placing the certified copy of this order before the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar by the petitioner.
