ORDER : 1. We have heard the learned Solicitor General on the aspect of the Working Committee under Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. Besides the five members as indicated in the affidavit dated 20th September, 2002 filed by Mr. Anurag Bajpai, Assistant Inspector General of Forest, Ministry of Environment & Forests (Forest Conservation Division), Government of India, it is agreed that the following three members would be included in the Committee to be constituted:- 1. Mr. Ruskin Bond 2. Chief Conservator of Forest, State of Uttaranchal 3. Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy on Administration. 2. Learned Solicitor General states that the requisite notification would be issued within four weeks. 3. Post after four weeks.
