JUDGMENT : 1. Pursuant to the orders dated 25th November and 13th December, 2002, affidavits have been filed by Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad, Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon and Inspector General of Police, Gurgaon Range. In these affidavits, it has been stated that no mining activity in the prohibited areas is going on. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned amicus, submits that despite the orders prohibiting the mining area, it is reliably learnt that the mining activity in prohibited area is going on unabated. We have requested Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned counsel for the State of Haryana, to look into the matter personally and assist the Court. While looking into it learned counsel will also ask the concerned officers regarding the continuing of mining operation in prohibited areas including area around Golden Green Golf Course.
