body2003
JUDGMENT : 1. Today we have been shown some photographs to show that the order dated 15th September, 2003 has been complied with. The order talks of demolition of the entire unauthorized structure being House bearing No.429. The photographs show that the entire House has not yet been demolished. Orally, we are informed that the entire House was not demolished as somebody from the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) as well as some police officials informed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) that the whole House was not to be demolished. MCD to put on affidavit which Officer of MCD was so informed and by whom they were so informed. 2. We also find from the photographs that apart from the House Bearing No.429 there are lot of other houses abutting on the wall of Zauq-ki-Mazar. The ASI to explain as to why their report pointed out about this one house only and why their report made no mention about the other houses which are also constructed abutting the wall. 3. Affidavits to be filed within four weeks. List thereafter. 4. Photographs are taken on record.
