Judgment 1. Inspite of valid service of notice, no body has appeared on behalf of the otherside. 2. The petitioners are the purchasers from defendants no. 5, 6 and 11. In my view, their presence is necessary to decide the matter completely and effectually. The law is well settled that the purchasers are also to be added as party so as to shorten the litigation and decide the matter completely and effectually. 3. In that view of the matter, the impugned order passed by the court below is, set aside and the revision application is allowed. Let the intervenor-petitioners be added as party-defendants to the suit.
