ORDER : Mr.R.C.Verma, J. - The learned counsel for the State of U.P., states that the State of U.P. is not agreeable to the suggestion of handing over the administrative control of the area in question to the State of Uttaranchal. Mr. Raju Ramachandran, the learned Additional Solicitor General, prays for a short adjournment to file an affidavit of the Ministry of Environment and Forest to place on record the stand of the Ministry.
