In view of the undisputed fact that dispute about possession is pending in civil Court between the same parties, proceedings under Section 145 Criminal Procedure Code are liable to be quashed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the civil Court. The parties will be free to seek appropriate directions interim or otherwise from the civil Court. 3. Ordered accordingly. The petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
