Judgment :- With consent, the writ petition itself is taken-up for final disposal. 2. Shri Rajasekar, learned Special Government Pleader (Education) makes a statement that as usual there will be an exercise in the current month to inspect the schools for finding out the average attendance of the students in all the classes and then to fix the correct number of required teachers as per the principles governing the same. Learned counsel says that in the concerned school also, in the current month, such exercise either has already been done or shall be positively done. He also makes a statement that if any teacher is found surplus, that teacher shall be accommodated in some other needy school. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition itself may be disposed of. Accordingly, on the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, in the meantime, the status quo as on date shall be maintained. W.P.M.P. No.189 of 2002 is disposed of.
