JUDGMENT 1. - I have heard learned counsel for petitioner Jitendra @ Billu, learned Public Prosecutor on behalf of State and have also perused the relevant papers placed before me. 2. Considering the rival submissions made at the bar, nature of the accusation, materials on record as also the fact that the alleged offences under sections 380 and 457 are triable by a Magistrate of 1st Class, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 3. In the result, the bail application of the petitioner Jitendra @ Billu is allowed and it is directed that he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing until conclusion of the trial.Application allowed. *******
