JUDGMENT 1. - Petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 253/2003 registered with police station Sodala, Jaipur for alleged offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B and 471 IPC on the ground of compromise between the parties. A copy of compromise has also been placed on record. 2. After having carefully gone through the material on record, more particularly the compromise between the parties, since the complainant has now no grievance in the present matter, I find no justification for continuing further investigation in the present matter. 3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The FIR, referred above in the present case, is quashed and set aside. The proceedings taken, if any, therein are also ordered to be dropped.Petition allowed. *******
