JUDGMENT Rajesh Tandon, J. The case is fixed for delivery of Judgment in the cause list of 25.08.2003. Sri B.P. Nautiyal has appeared and brought to the notice of the Court before the delivery of Judgment that I happened to be counsel in the case at same stage of the proceedings. Although neither it was brought to my notice at the time of hearing of the writ petition by any of the parties nor there is any thing on the record to that effect. Since the judgment has not yet been delivered, therefore, in the interest of justice I release the case from my board and another bench may hear the writ petition of which I am not a member. 2. Lay before Hon'ble the Chief Justice to nominate another bench of which I am not a member.
