JUDGMENT : 1. The States who have not filed their response to the affidavit filed by Union of India may do so within four weeks. List this matter thereafter. 2. The fixed deposit kept with UCO Bank, Supreme Court Compound, New Delhi, be renewed for a further period of one year.
