( 2 ) THIS civil revision petition is directed against the order and decree, dated 4-1-2003, passed by the n Additional Junior civil Judge, Kurnool, allowing the application in IA No. 1515 of 2002 in O. S. No. 90 of 2002, directing both the parties to adduce evidence on the preliminary issue. ( 3 ) THE petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondent is the defendant.
