ORDER : 1. Adjourned for four weeks. 2. DDA to file, if not already on record, report and the site plan prepared at the time when sites were handed over to the Archeological Survey of India. DDA to also state whether the existing buildings around the grave are authorised construction, and if so, when they were sanctioned. 3. ASI to put on record Notification dated 12th December, 2000 and whatever material they have by which they claim to have been satisfied that the other buildings were in existence prior to the grave being declared a protected monument.
