Judgment :- Though the writ petitioner challenges the appointment of the third respondent as Health Officer in charge, on 17.6.2003, the 3rd respondent has been posted as Assistant Health Officer and nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.P.M.P.Nos.12036 and 12037 of 2002 are also dismissed.
