The case against the applicant rests on circumstantial evidence as he was allegedly last seen with him on 5-2-2000. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant-Barati involved in case Crime No. 44 of 2000 under Section 302/303/201 I. P. C. of P. S. Thakurganj, district Lucknow, shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of C. J. M. Lucknow. Bail granted. .
