JUDGMENT 1. - By way of instant petition u/s. 482 Cr.P.C., a prayer is made to consolidate the Case No. 32/01, State v. Ashok Bhatia & Ors. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Pilibanga and Case No. 32/01, State v. Gordhan & Ors. pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suratgarh and tired at one place. 2. It appears that an FIR was lodged at Police Station, Suratgarh on 22.8.2000 with respect to theft of electric wires. 3. The said wires alleged to have recovered within the jurisdiction of Police Station Pilibanga. On 29.8.2000, a case was registered as First Informant Report No. 281/2000 at Police Station Pilibanga. Both the cases pertain to theft of electric wires. The case has been registered for offence u/ss. 379, 411 & 414 IPC. The incident has taken place at Suratgarh. Thus, I am of the view that the case should be tried at Suratgarh. 4. Consequently, the petition is allowed and it is directed that the Case No. 32/01, State v. Ashok Bhatia & Ors. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Pilibanga shall stand transferred to the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suratgarh and be tried alongwith Case No. 32/01, State v. Gordhan & Ors. .Petition allowed. *******
