BHANWAR SINGH

body2003
BHANWAR SINGH, J. Heard. 2. The accused applicant Ram Khelawan alias Dirra is involved in the dowry death of his wife Smt. Rajrani. It is note worthy that deceased Smt. Rajrani was alive for some time after the occurrence had taken place. During that period she had given statement to the Circle Officer, Fatehpur in presence of Emergency Medical Officer, District Hospital, Barabanki. A copy of that statement has been filed by the State Counsel alongwith counter-affidavit. Its perusal would show that the applicant arrived at the site of the occurrence after Smt. Rajrani had been put on blaze by the applicants brother and the latters wife. 3. In view of the fact that Smt. Rajrani has completely absolved Ram Khelawan alias Dirra -applicant, I am of the opinion that he deserves to be released on bail. 4. Let him, therefore, be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of C. J. M. Barabanki. Bail granted. .
