The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision in R.P No.1306/2003. 3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's revision R.P No.1306/2003 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
