JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. It is an admitted fact that as per the directions issued by this court in all 35 States and Union Territories across the country except the State of Jammu & Kashmir in which the said WAKF Act does not apply, WAKF Tribunals have been constituted under Section 83 of the WAKF Act, 1993. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this Interlocutory Application. I.A. Is disposed of, accordingly. If the petitioners have any grievance, it would be open for them to approach the concerned Tribunal.
