Judgment :- A.S. VENKATCHALAMOORTHY, J. The present Writ Petition has been filed against the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 30.09.1999 in Original Application No.5700 of 1999. Being aggrieved by that, the Director of Employment and Training, Chennai and another filed the above Writ Petition and in W.M.P. No.11136 of 2000, this Court granted interim stay on 27.4.2000. By a subsequent order dated 18.10.2000, this Court directed the interim stay to continue until further orders. Thus, till to-day, the interim order is in force. 2. In the facts and circumstances and upon hearing the arguments of the respective counsel, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met by requesting the Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Connected W.M.P. stands closed.
