JUDGMENT 1. Heard. Considering the allegations that the petitioners entered into a valid marriage and the fact that the girl is major, we are directing the Special Judicial Magistrate in Nainital to record the statement of the petitioner no. 2 Rekha on 19.9.2003 at 11 a.m. Learned G.A. assures that adequate steps will be taken to protect the life of petitioners till they reach their marital home after recording of the statement of the petitioner no. 2 by the Special judicial Magistrate concerned. 2. The petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation and they need not to be summoned to the police station in this connection. 3. List the petition for regular admission on 15.10.2003. 4. Copy of this order be given during the course of the day.
