Kapoor, J. in IA No. IAs Nos. 11137/98, 4120/2001, 5547/2001 and IA 38007/99 in S. No. 1394/96, and for the same reasons as detailed therein, the present appeal (FAO (OS) No. 492/01) is dismissed leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
