JUDGMENT Jasbir Singh, J. - Accusation against the petitioner is for commission of offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he is jail for the last about 20 months and trial is not yet complete. Learned counsel further states that the injured was discharged from the Hospital within 15 days from the date of alleged occurrence and he is hale and hearty. 2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. Petition allowed.
