Judgment :- The Honourable Chief Justice. This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge, in a matter relating to payment of fees to the learned counsel, who had appeared for the cause of the Central Government. In the counter affidavit filed by the Central Government, it is stated in paragraph - 13 that first liability is that of the State Government to pay and then the Central Government would reimburse the same. The said aspect is not found in the order of the learned single Judge. 2. In the circumstances, having heard Mr.V.Raghupathi, learned Government Pleader for the appellant and Mr.V.T.Gopalan, learned Addl. Solicitor General for the 4th respondent-Union of India, we dispose of this writ appeal with a direction to the appellant to comply with the order of the learned single Judge within a period of one month from today, and thereafter within two months from the date of requisition from the appellant for re-imbursement of the amount, which has to be paid to respondents 1 to 3, as per the order of the learned single Judge, the 4th respondent is directed to reimburse the same. 3. With the above direction, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.A.M.P. is also dismissed.
