ORDER : K.G. Balakrishnan, J. - The writ petition was finally disposed of by this Court on 11th December, 2002. At that time, the report filed by the CBI was not made available to the Court. Now, the report has been filed. We have perused the report and do not find any thing to pass any further order. The petition may be consigned to the Record Room.
