Judgment :- On direction, Mr.S.Venaktesh, Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue tender forms in respect of work Nos.3 and 4 under tender notification No.08/2003-2004/K-902/D5/372 dated 3.12.2003 of the respondent to the petitioner. 3. It is the claim of the petitioner that he has made an application on 23.12.2003 praying for tender schedule in respect of work Nos.3 and 4 as per the tender notification dated 3.12.2003. It is also the claim of the petitioner that though today being the last date, till this time, he was not furnished with tender schedule. 4. In those circumstance, it is made clear that if the application of the petitioner is in order and satisfies all the conditions prescribed in the tender notification, the respondent is directed to issue tender forms in respect of work Nos.3 and 4 as per the tender notification dated 3.12.2003. 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
