JUDGMENT : 1. Issue notice returnable within 12 weeks to the parties mentioned in Annexure-II to IA 1 at Serial Nos.1 to 5 and also to National Council for Educational Research & Training(NCERT) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Notice will also accompany a copy of the order of this Court dated 22nd November, 1991 and also calling upon the parties to file their responses, as well as status reports in regard to the compliance of the directions issued by this Court in the said order. 2. The petitioner to supply the correct addresses of NCERT and AICTE to the Registry within a week from today. 3. List this matter after 12 weeks.
