JUDGMENT Although the petitioner applied for issuance of domicile certificate to the Competent Authority, such Authority has not• issued the certificate. On the contrary, petitioner has been given permanent residence certificate. The petitioner seeks to apply for B.T.C. Course. As per the advertisement, petitioner is required to produce the domicile certificate. He therefore, applied for domicile certificate. The Competent Authority has not issued the certificate. We would like to know the reasons. In the circumstances, we are directing the Competent Authority to consider the case of the petitioner and if the Competent Authority comes to the conclusion that petitioner is not entitled to domicile certificate he shall given reasons. 2. Writ petition is disposed of.
