JUDGMENT Jasbir Singh, J. - Petitioner is in jail since July 17, 2002. It is accusation against him that he had fired shots at the police party. However, nobody was injured. Counsel for the petitioner contends that trial will take a long time before it is concluded. On asking, State counsel mentions that petitioner is not an accused in any other case. 2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. Petition allowed.
