ORDER : S. Rajendra Babu, J. - This special leave petition shall stand disposed in the same terms as set forth in our order dated 16.12.2002 in SLP(C) No.20919- 20921/2001 and connected matters, however, except in regard to the observations made by this Court on certain reliefs granted to the petitioners therein in respect of the period for which the petitioners had sought for the relief that had already expired during which period admissions had already been made and students must have completed their course. That observation need not be made in this case.
