JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard Sri Pawan Kumar, Sri K. C. Tiwari and Sunil Kumar learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The applicant accused is on bail in all the criminal cases and having gone through the bail orders Annexures-2 to 7 there are reasons to believe that he has not committed the offences and that he will not indulge in similar activities if released on bail. Considering these aspects he is admitted to bail. 3. The applicant-accused Israr shall be released in Crime No. 158/2003 under section 2/3 U.P Gangster Act, PS. Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar on his executing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Gangsters Act, Haridwar. Bail granted.
