( 1 ) AFTER having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties at length and on the basis of the joint request made by them to dispose of the matter finally, the petition stands dismissed. Interim relief granted earlier by this Court is vacated. Request made by Mr. B. S. Patel, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner for extension of the interim relief is also rejected. Reasons for dismissal of the petition would be given later on. ( 2 ) IN view of the order passed in main matter, no order on Civil Application. .
